Returns the exponential value of the given float expression.

EXP ( float_expression )

Arguments

float_expression

Is an expression of type float.

This example declares a variable and returns the exponential value of the given variable (378.615345498) with a text description.

SET @var = 378.615345498
SELECT 'The EXP of the variable is: ' + CONVERT(varchar,EXP(@var))
